me and big chris trying to blast away some months of ring rust, he’s been out with a busted rib & i’ve been out with a back problem so this is our 1st spar for ages, this is quite mild compared to our normal wars… i’m in black & weigh 85 kg & chris is in yellow & weighs 95kg…….
